Box containing a single dose of 5% or 10% LHA-PEEL, one degreasing wipe and two disposable peel applicators.
Application protocol
For optimal results, proceed with one complete routine of 4 peel sessions spaced out by 2 weeks and prescribe to the patient the BIOMEDIC in-home peel preparation program 15 days before the first peel session and between each session.
1. PREPARATION
Cleanse the skin with Pre-Peel LHA™ Solution. Use the BIOMEDIC Degreasing Wipe to remove any impurities and excess oil. Protect patient’s eye area, lip contour area and any other sensitive areas.
2. APPLICATION OF LHA-PEEL 5% or 10%
During the first session, it is mandatory to use the LHA-PEEL 5%.
Good tolerance of the product should be an indication to move to the
LHA-PEEL 10% during the next sessions.
Apply with the disposable applicator provided one to three layers of the
peel solution to the entire face. Gently roll the applicator across the skin
following a parallel axis. Avoid the eye area. Do not rinse.
No process of neutralisation is necessary.
The subject may experience a slight tingling or burning sensation.
This sensation is normal. In case of strong burning sensation, rinse
skin immediately and thoroughly with plenty of water.
IMPORTANT
For external use only.
Always prescribe a sunscreen product with an SPF 15 or higher with UVA/UVB protection to be applied after the procedure and on a daily basis over the following 2 weeks.
Do not use on pregnant women, children or on individuals with ethnic skin (Fitzpatrick skin types V and VI)
